This hot sauce just has the simple good flavor of fresh jalapenos!

INGREDIENTS: Water, Jalapeno Peppers, Distilled Vinegar, Lemon Juice (filtered water, lemon juice concentrate, sodium bisulfite (preservative), sodium benzoate (preservative) and lemon oil), Salt, Cane Sugar, xanthan gum, Vidalia Onions, Onion Powder, polysorbate 80, erythorbic acid and capsium. 1.12% Vidalia Onion by weight.
