Ground from whole oats. Nice, sweet oat flavor with a superior texture. Good for pancakes, waffles, quickbreads, muffins and cookies. We use it in the crust for our Pecan Cobbler, which is served in our Bean Palace Restaurant. ORGANIC, NON-GMO
