This is hands down the best batter for fish or other meats there is on the market. I've lived in Louisiana for a few years and tried some of the best fish batters around and there are a few that come close, but none are better than Harold Ensley. This product should be in every super market in the country!!!

We live in Jacksonville, Florida and started using the coating several years ago while visiting on vacation. It is a light coating, with just he right amount and variety of spices to bring out the full flavor of whatever fish you are preparing We purchase it each time we visit northwest Arkansas and order more when we run out in between visits. I am sure you will love it, too.

I have been using you fish meal mix for over 20 years. Once I found a mix that compared favorably to my homemade receipe I stuck with it. After trying many of the store regulars yours is the best!
