Replace wheat flour in any recipe, cup for cup! All of the foods you gave up because of your gluten free diet are available again: pizza, cake, bread, biscuits, waffles and more! I've tried to make my "own" blend, I've paid the hefty price in the "organic: stores. I was ecstatic when Betty Crocker came out with an all purpose that was right with the rest of the flours in my store - UNTIL I tasted it. Thought it was me, so I tried another recipe. THEN I THREW IT ALL AWAY AND ORDERED THIS ONE AGAIN. So sorry I strayed...and it WON"T happen again. Cookies, waffles, pot pies, cream pies, fried chicken, chicken fried steak, stew, you name it, I've done it, and THIS ONE WORKS. Thank you War Eagle for having this (AND the very personal Thank you written on my invoice).

This is a great product. I use it to replace flour in other recipies as well. Far better & easier than mixing your own blend of gluten free flours -- and better than another already blended brand I've tried in the past.
